Our gym is staffed during peak hours by certified personal trainers who can help guide you in equipment usage when necessary. These trainers are also available for hire on an hourly basis. We do strongly recommend working out with a personal trainer in order to achieve your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. We have several personal trainers working at the Atrium, each one unique and specialised in their own field.
We also offer an aerobics class schedule packed with exciting, fun-filled classes designed to burn fat and tone and tighten every inch of your body! One of the most unique things about the Atrium is that we are dedicated to bringing you the latest trends in the world of fitness such as Spinning and Pilates. Come and try one of our classes – you won’t be disappointed!
